Frank's colleague's thought he was the absolute best colleague in the world, and they wanted to show Frank their appreciation for him.
Sigh... today's photo did not go as planned. Well, to be honest, the photo itself did go exactly as planned, but I only learned later that the saying to which I'm referring does not exist in English! The Dutch saying is 'iemand een veer in zijn kont steken', which translates to 'Sticking a feather up someone's butt', which means: 'to give someone a compliment'
Another caption could be; "All though Frank knew that sticking feathers up his butt doesn't make him a chicken, he still wanted to try it"... but to understand this one, I guess you need to have seen the movie "fight club" (1999).
