*Sigh, another lesson learned today. After playing around with your camera, put it in your usual settings again right away. And check the settings before making your beloved photo's... This one was shot at ISO 12.800! (I normally shoot at 100 or 400). I corrected it as much as possible but it still shows...

Day 282 - Blueshade the Elf...
Last night I suddenly saw this guy in my backyard. It is rumored he is called Blueshade and he loves to takes walks after dark. Luckily for him the light of the days is getting shorter each and every day. I myself am not looking forward to it. The dark days when I see the first sunlight on Saturday and the last Sunlight on Sunday, followed by a working week of darkness, during which the sun only shines during office hours... blergh...

My pond had a lot of algae in it. Today my little friends helped me get rid of these algae. Their help was very welcome, but they do have the tendency to exaggerate the dangers of this job.
