So Dwaas thinks he can just go and search for his father now that he is relieved from his promise in episode 45. However, in the last episode we learned that Strabo might not be totally honest and mr Orange thinks Strabo is on HIS side… let’s see how this situation develops…

Hi! I love your comics and have read every single one so far! Your work is a huge inspiration to me and so many others. I just wish your webcomic was more widely known, im a huge Lego fan and your webcomic inspired me to make my own one, you’re still inspiring new things for it to this day. Thank you for inspiring me and creating these amazing works! Keep up the amazing work!!!
Oh dear, just realized I made 2 comments that pretty much say the same thing…
Sorry about that 😅
Hi JDB, Thanks f your kind words!
Lego Comics are a niche within a niche. As long as people (including myself :P) enjoy, I am happy with whatever amount of followers this comic has. 🙂
I’m not buying that Strabo is on the side of the orange dude. You’re trying to bring me somewhere I’m not ready to go!
I gotta to admit it’s getty a bit tricky can’t wait for things to settle down a bit!
I agree that things needs to settle down a bit. I’ll bring the storylines together over the next episodes… and you may need to get ready haha. 🙂
Hey Dwaas! I absolutely love your work! Its super inspiring! You even inspired me to have a go at my own Lego web comic!
I have a small question on the subject of comics, do you use, or know of any suitable apps for making comics?
Personally I use comic strip it but it has a lot of locked features and im looking for alternatives.
On a different note, where did you get the idea for fronkenbrick’s monster to be your sigfig?
Where can I find your Lego Comic?
For the first two seasons I used a program called ‘comic life 3’ by Plasq. it’s good software to start with. It’s easy to use, not too expensive and reasonably versatile. I wrote a behind the scenes on my workflow or the first season you can find in the blog.
For the current season I use Adobe illustrator. It has a much steeper learning curve, but with endless possibilities. I still need to write about my current workflow.
For all photography I use Photoshop for postprocessing.
The question on Fronkenbrick’s monster as my sigfig has a very long answer which goes back to the mid-90-ties, when I set my first steps on the Internet. Dwaas has always been my online alter(L)ego since the beginning.
Thanks you for the tips! And thank you for taking the time to respond!
Unfortunately currently the only way to access my comic is on the Lego Life app but I am actively working on a website, hopefully once I’ve learned the ropes I can publish it but it may take a while 😅
I’d always be up for advice or constructive criticism if you have any! 👍
Did you use a specific hosting service for your website?
Again thank you so much for taking the time to respond it really means a lot 😊
If you have the comic on a website, let me know.
You can always ask for feedback.
Feedback is important to learn from, so I was always happy with the feedback I received on my comic and photos.
Yes, I do use a hosting service: Cloudways and I am happy with them, not much downtime, very quick when I reach out for. help, I’m okay with their prices, etc…. Still I recommend you do your own research. What would you like in services and resources, how much can you spend, etc.., and then find the hosting service that suits you best.
