Since my son is born (January), i’ve been staying up late. At first because i needed to give him his milk, but now he is going to sleep more early, I’m still up and running at night. Mostly for the toy-photography for which i cant find the time during the day. Besides a shortage of sleep, another problem presented itself… midnight snacks! It would be better if i slept.

Ice cream is IMO the best midnight snack… Chocolate Fudge Brownie or Midnight Cookie… Yum…
Oh my…. just stop it! Haha 🙂
Where did you get the smoke brush that you used for the steam?
I created it myself. 🙂
Wow, that’s cool! You did a good job on it. How did you do it?
It’s really not that hard: https://danidraws.com/blog/2007/01/20/make-your-own-photoshop-brushes/
Thanks! However, I’m looking for a quick way to create a steam effect (I’d use it to create steam over a Lego coffee cup, like you had in your picture), so do you have any smoke brushes to recommend?
I’m sorry, I don’t have any to recommend because i made them myself. A Google search will probably help you find some.
That’s okay. I recall that in your behind the scenes of Lazy Sunday Morning, you mentioned that you used a smoke brush, but I presume you also made that brush yourself?
I did use one, that I made myself, but you can find many (free and paid) via a search on the Internet.
I don’t see anything on the internet that would work, so I’ll just make my own brush. Thank you!
