The detective-agency, to be honest, is the first modular that made me me feel rather underwhelmed. I like the facade and a lot of the details, but as a whole it is really cramped. I can’t even get my hand into the “play” areas because it’s all so so small. There is a lot of room in the back, so they could’ve made it a lot bigger… but they didn’t. Besides that there are some details I realy don’t like.
I do like the pool-hall facade, sign and pooltable though.
