Day 25 - Willy, the one eyed wizard
Today I was very lucky... walking around in my backyard I caught a glimpse of One eyed Willy and his beloved pet! The last time I saw him walking around I didn't have a camera near. He is rumored to be one of the greater wizards...
His name reminds me of one my favorite childhood movies, such a fun adventure film for kids... One eyed Willy of the Goonies! Long time since I saw that one :)

Day 24 - Sad to the bone
Boney had felt sadness for most off his life. But now that he found one of his GIANT ancestors, Boney felt happy again, especcialy when he held his ancestor in his arms. ;)

I promised you the solution to yesterday's question when I suddenly noticed a strange shadow in my photo. It was caused by a bird on a lantern pole whilst holding a bone in his mouth... My little girl did this an d she thought it was sooooo funny LOL. It certainly triggers a spark of imagination with me, but I just forgot to remove it before making the photo. :)

Day 23 - Off duty cop...

Today I acted on a great idea from Carbo, and found off-duty-cop a cool chefs restaurant... :)
Edit (8:10): Ha ha, I just noticed the shadow on the left on the street can anybody guess what it is? It is Lego btw. Tomorrow I'll put a photo of it.

Day 19 - Guard duty...
Last night these two had a big party at the elven tavern... so they weren't as perceptive as usual...
Ever since I started the 365 last year I somehow started to look at the world around me differently, macroscopically really. Besides the big picture of course I started seeing the beauty of very small scene's, and by looking at them from the perspective of a Lego minifig the little scene's get a very different meaning, a small hole in the wall becomes a cave, a little branch with some small leaves becomes a giant tree... Small textures I never noticed before now show their picturesque beauty. The world around you gets a different perspective and it's a whole new way of escaping from daily life into the beauty of the small minifig world.
This specific little place I saw on new years day when walking in the forest, it stayed in my mind and today I had the time at the right moment of the day to return with my camera, minifigs and an idea for the location. So here you go, look around you with these ideas in your mind, from a different perspective and you wont be disappointed... :)

Day 18 - Dream a little dream for me
Lizy loved going to sleep... to sleep meant to dream, and in her dreams she was with her friends...
I love watching my little girl sleep, still protected from the real worries of this world she sleeps so peacefully... :)

In other short news... yesterday the co-star of these two photo's last year (here and here) past away. It was my daughters hamster and her (!) real name was 'Roosje'... R.I.P. Roosje.

Day 16 - A life before the presidency
Yesterday I was a work... and it turned out playing with Lego is contagious when suddenly the photo below popped up on twitter. My love made it and it tells the continuous story of the winner and the loser. :)
